The position requires US citizenship, a related degree, and 5+ years IT experience with CCNA/CCNP expected within 60 days; shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US citizen and pass DHS E-Verify.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years IT support or related field; network engineering/operations preferred.
• 2+ years with Windows/Linux server management and network support.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP within 60 days; SD-WAN and cloud certs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, escalate, and mentor junior analysts through incidents.
• Troubleshoot networks and drive improvements.
• Lead critical incidents and coordinate resources.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers and network tools.
• Manage Juniper/Cisco firewalls, WLAN, XMC, and NAC.
• Support SD-WAN and cloud-based networks; enforce security requirements.
• Assist DNS, IP management, DNS, and NOC SOPs; prepare performance reports.
