Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for Network Operations – Tier 2 in Washington, DC. The role focuses on leading Tier 2 technicians, coordinating with the NOC, and driving efficient incident resolution and network changes across routers and switches.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI with polygraph and deep experience with Cisco/Juniper devices, routing protocols, and TACLANES. You will contribute to mission-critical enterprise networks across multiple sites.

Qualifications

IAT II (Ex: Security+) is required.
CCNA certification is required.
Active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required OR ability to obtain polygraph prior to starting.
10+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for 5 years.
Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper network devices.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x.
In-depth knowledge of KG-175 TACLANES configuration, fault isolation, and firmware upgrades.
Working knowledge of Cisco ISE.

Responsibilities

Lead Tier 2 Network Operations technicians and coordinate with Network Operations Center.
Perform approved network changes (VLans, ACLs, port assignments) and IOS upgrades.
Assist with network design, installation, and technical refresh projects.
Draft SOPs for network operations and document incident analyses.
Conduct root cause analyses and support security STIG implementations.
Coordinate ticket acceptance, resolution, and cross-team communication.
