Qualifications

• Desired Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MikroTik MTCNA, or similar.
• Minimum of two years’ experience supporting enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network outages efficiently.
• Collaborate with field operations to resolve outages.
• Remotely troubleshoot Ethernet and fiber optic issues.
