Job summary

Intelice Solutions is seeking a motivated NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and optimize client infrastructure across networks, cloud services, and endpoints. You will contribute to incident response, service reliability, and cybersecurity initiatives while collaborating with Service Desk, SOC, Projects, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional client outcomes in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting network, infrastructure, or managed IT environments.
• Strong TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms, ticketing systems, and documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor client environments, including networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, applications, and security platforms.
• Identify, investigate, and remediate performance, availability, and capacity issues before they affect clients.
• Validate health of backup systems, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes.
• Review alerts and tune automation to minimize alert fatigue.
