Intelice Solutions is seeking a proactive NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and optimize client environments across networks, cloud, and security. You will collaborate with Service Desk, SOC, Projects, and Engineering teams to ensure availability, security, and performance.

The role emphasizes automation, incident response, and continuous improvement, requiring strong troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting network, infrastructure, or managed IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with RMM platforms, ticketing systems, and documentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor client environments across networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, apps, and security platforms.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs, participate in triage and root-cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support and maintain networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization environments.
• Develop and apply automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, SOC, Projects, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable client support.
