Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working in NOC, Server Support or Network Administration position.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task and enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving Server and Network issues.
• Managing alerts and incidents created by monitoring tools.
• Providing proactive maintenance on as required.
