Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years in NOC, telecom, ISP, or network support environments.
Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
Experience with routing and switching technologies.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise and OT network infrastructure from the NOC.
Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues.
Support routers, switches, firewalls, microwave systems, and backhaul infrastructure.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams during incident resolution.
Analyze network performance metrics to ensure high availability and service quality.
Manage incident tickets, escalations, and root cause analysis reports.
Perform Linux system administration and operational support tasks.
Document operational procedures and network diagrams.
