Job summary

NAOVI seeks a senior IT program manager to lead an enterprise IT operations program delivering cybersecurity, information management, and systems integration services. You will supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and coordinate NOC, SOC/CSOC, and cloud operations to ensure secure, highly available infrastructure.

This role requires active TS/SCI with full-scope poly and US citizenship. You will manage escalations with carriers, OEMs, and cloud providers, drive continuous service improvement,

Qualifications

U.S. citizen required.
Active TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph.
No clearance sponsorship available.
Experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical personnel.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, enterprise networking, IT service management.

Responsibilities

Manage an IT program for NAOVI, ensuring cybersecurity and systems integration.
Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical personnel in a 24x7 operations environment.
Oversee NOC, SOC/CSOC, and cloud operations to maintain secure infrastructure.
Coordinate maintenance windows and ensure monitoring coverage pre/post changes.
Provide incident response, cyber defense, and continuous service improvement.
