Insight Global is seeking an IT Operations Center Analyst I (ITOC) to monitor and manage complex network environments in a 24x7 setting from a centralized location in Seattle. The role emphasizes rapid incident response, outage coordination, and collaboration with engineering teams to restore services quickly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and 3+ years of IT experience, including service desk or NOC work, with strong PowerShell and Python skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of IT experience including desktop, NOC, asset, or service desk and troubleshooting in a complex IT environment.
• Experience in high pressure major incident response and outage coordination using established methodologies.
• ServiceNow or other IT Service Management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network components in a 24x7 environment from a centralized location.
• Identify and resolve outages by isolating programs and coordinating with engineers and teams.
• Perform triage, routine maintenance, and escalation to support teams as needed.
• Maintain visibility into day-to-day issues across computers, networks, and critical infrastructure.
