Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Arlington, VA is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This position offers a no-call lifestyle with flexible full-time or part-time options, allowing a healthier balance outside the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.
