Blackbird Health in New Jersey is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and use evidence-based approaches to foster long-term progress in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET weekdays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement evidence-based approaches.
