Priority Nissan Chantilly seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll greet customers, document issues, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, high-quality service.

This role offers strong earning potential through commission based pay and benefits as part of Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate repair progress and timelines with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and performance goals.

Pay: $60,000 to $150,000 based on performance; position is commission based

What You'll Do
