Job summary

Learfield is seeking an NIL Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support Name, Image and Likeness campaigns. You will assist with student-athlete licensed products, retail marketing campaigns, and tracking deliverables while coordinating with internal property teams, CLC, student-athletes and brand partners.

The role focuses on day-to-day NIL campaign execution, reporting needs, and collaboration across stakeholders, including participation in gameday activations and key events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to learn in a fast-paced NIL environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of NIL deal activations and deliverables.
• Track NIL goals and execution; assist weekly updates and reports.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, student-athletes and external partners.
• Coordinate product activations with licensees and retailers for NIL activity.
• Participate in gameday operations and NIL activations at football home games and events.
• Stay informed on NIL trends and share updates with the property team.
