Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and manage vehicle details carefully.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: inspect vehicles and document any existing damage.
• Safety: park and retrieve vehicles with proper safety procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting high standards.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Customer Service: address guest inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• On Time: punctual in uniform, following hotel policies.
• Support: assist teammates to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: help with other tasks as needed.
