Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide exceptional guest service during late-night hours. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, document any pre-existing damage, and ensure the security of the parking area while upholding the hotel standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining vehicle and station safety, and recording hours and tips accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain acceptable driving record.
• Clear, courteous communication and a focus on delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during overnight hours and assist with luggage and vehicle needs.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station and present a professional image.
• Record hours and gratuities accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and comply with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
