Qualifications

• 2 years of drayage booking experience.
• 3 years of customer service and problem solving in trucking or similar industry.
• 1 year of billing or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfortable with multiple computer programs.
• Strong organizational skills and meeting deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Cover night project drayage work as assigned, 1–10 days per project.
• Respond to inquiries about gate hours, yard access, and chassis/container availability.
• Communicate locations, hours, and contact info for Ports, Rail Ramps, and Depots.
• Monitor the Account Manager email inbox; relay actions to the relevant Account Manager.
• Monitor the Customer Service email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for storage yard operations calls and emails.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate Operations Manager or Director promptly.
• Assist with billing, AP/AR for third‑party trucking accounts.
• Explain invoicing process to customers and motor carriers; track outstanding invoices.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with finance teams.
• Reconcile depot and terminal billing for third‑party trucking accounts.
• Maintain invoices, payments, and account status records in Company systems.
• Update spreadsheets and reports on yard, billing, and carrier activity.
• Provide weekly status reports to management as requested.
• Receive and complete assignments from Senior Billing & AP/AR Analyst and Director.
• Perform other duties to meet organizational needs.
