Job summary

Cargomatic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Drayage and Supply Chain based in Long Beach, CA. You will own a portfolio of accounts, advocate for customers, and drive retention and expansion by aligning Operations, Analytics, Pricing, and Sales around the customer outcomes.

You will monitor tenders, grow lanes, and ensure loads move as promised, with a strong emphasis on data-driven storytelling and proactive account management. This is an on-site role with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or drayage account management or customer success.
• Track record of keeping and growing enterprise or port-based accounts.
• Strong relationship skills and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical eye for tender and volume data; identify trends early.
• Ability to drive cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hit each customer's quarterly tender allocations and grow tenders and lanes across your portfolio.
• Handle customer escalations end-to-end and resolve issues.
• Monitor customer health, tender counts, and volume to preempt problems.
• Lead rate conversations with Pricing to deliver fast, competitive answers.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure customer needs are met and SOPs followed.
• Interpret data in customer reports and tell the story to clients and leadership.
• Lead business reviews with customers to share insights and value.
• Partner with Sales to expand into new markets and open new logos.
