Hight Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This role functions as the primary liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely support.

Responsibilities include data entry, order tracking, responding to inquiries, auditing charges, and updating daily Excel reports. A strong emphasis on communication and organizational skills helps maintain efficient warehouse operations.

• Tracking and tracing containers on terminal provider sites.
• Maintaining close communication with Dispatch team.
• Auditing invoice charges.
• Update Excel daily.
• Sends reports to customers and/or has reports visible on cloud.
