Job summary

Centerboard is seeking two part-time overnight Program Site Staff in Beverly, MA to support residents in the Scattered Sites Program. The role focuses on safety, security and adherence to program guidelines, with building rounds every two hours and incident reporting.

You will maintain common areas, assist new families, manage keys, monitor the security system, and coordinate with maintenance and landlords after hours. A high school diploma and prior housing services experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Two years’ experience in housing services, residential programs or public contact.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and maintain safety and security during shift.
• Complete building rounds every two hours and report incidents.
• Complete shift and incident reports for each shift.
• Report maintenance requests or after-hours issues to maintenance or landlord.
• Receive new families for placement and ensure hallways and areas are free of personal belongings.
• Maintain keys for units in locked key box and monitor visiting guidelines.
• Mediate tenant concerns and monitor the security system; use email/phone/written communication.
• Other duties as assigned for program operations.
• Clean units after families exit shelter and assess maintenance issues after hours.
