Ingram Content Group (ICG) in Chambersburg, PA is hiring an Operations Manager for the Night shift to oversee printing, trimming, case binding and shipping, and to supervise all associates on the shift. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration to resolve issues and meet customer needs.

The position requires 3+ years of management experience and 1+ years in manufacturing, with a focus on maintaining attendance records and driving operational excellence

• 3 or more years of management experience.
• 1 or more years of manufacturing experience.
• College degree or directly related year for year experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LS ICG customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control
• Coordinate with other LS Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs
• Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift
• Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training
• Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times
