Ingram Content Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Manufacturing team on the night shift in Chambersburg, PA. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations, supporting a safe, efficient, and quality‑driven production environment.

You will supervise a diverse workforce, implement lean practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate records, schedules, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position within a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the associates assigned to the specified departments, providing adequate resources to ensure maximum throughput and minimum waste while monitoring all quality standards put in place.
• Work to ensure that all assigned tasks are accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
