Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment for daily production and shipping of books to LS customers, including order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control.
• Coordinate with LS Departments to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs.
• Oversee and direct supervisors on the assigned shift.
