Ingram Content Group in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Manufacturing team. You will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for Lightning Source production, supervising all associates on the shift.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and collaboration with other departments to meet client needs, resolve issues, and maintain high production standards. Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm, plus alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent year-for-year experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment for daily production and shipping of books.
• Coordinate with LS Departments to resolve customer issues and rush orders.
• Oversee and direct supervisors on the assigned shift.
• Prepare evaluations and maintain attendance/time records; administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interview applicants, approve hires, and oversee training.
• Ensure safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed.
