The position requires 3+ years of management experience and 1+ years in manufacturing, with a focus on maintaining attendance records and driving operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift
• Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training
• Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

Schedule

• C Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7am
• D Shift: Wednesday-Friday 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7am

What You'll Need:

Hiring Salary Range:

$102,061k-$129,414k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
