Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS required and must be complete prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Two years' experience in acute care nursing; one year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Provides effective leadership for the patient centered care delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal outcomes.
• Takes a patient load and supports activities aligned with the facility’s vision and goals.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision, including corrective actions and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism and service excellence in all interactions.
