St. Marys Medical Center is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as House Supervisor on night shifts. You will supervise nursing units and support areas to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and smooth off-shift operations.

The role requires an RN license with an RN Diploma or Associate Degree, 2–3 years of nursing experience, and certifications including ACLS and BLS/CPR. This is a full-time night-shift leadership position.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or Associate Degree required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of quality care on all nursing units and support areas.
• Ensures off-shift and weekend operations align with clinical standards.
