St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor BH RN Nights to lead nursing teams during night shifts and ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS required and must be complete prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Two years’ experience in acute care nursing; 1 year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred; maintain clinical competencies; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal outcomes.
• Take a patient load.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee employees under supervision; provide corrective action and support for performance reviews.
• Uphold patient-centered care and professionalism at all times.
