Mercy Hospital South is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor – Inpatient Med/Surg East to lead staffing and patient care for designated units in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on efficient patient flow, bed management, and collaborative leadership with clinicians and administration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of direct patient care, MO RN licensure, and BLS. Preferred BSN and supervisory experience, with Mercy values guiding daily practice.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• 2–3 years direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Fulfill staff nurse duties as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Ensure units are staffed to provide patient care and monitor patient flow and bed management.
• Promote Mercy Service Standards and professional leadership among the team.
