Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee inpatient Med/Surg East operations, staffing and patient care delivery. The role partners with physicians and admin to ensure safe, efficient care and aligns with Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, mentoring staff, and assuming managerial duties as needed. A Missouri RN license, BLS, and 2–3 years of direct care experience are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license (active).
• Minimum 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR certification per American Heart Association.
• BSN degree preferred for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care in designated Med/Surg East areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform staff nurse duties as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Mentor and guide co-workers to promote change and professional growth.
