Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Inpatient Med/Surg East unit at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role (40 hours/week) leads patient care delivery, coordinates staffing, and drives quality initiatives within a values-driven framework.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, MO RN license, and 2–3 years of direct patient care experience, with BLS certification; BSN preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.

Current RN license in Missouri
