Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Assume managerial duties as delegated by a manager.
• Promote Mercy Service Standards and professional accountability.
