Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Med/Surg East at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, oversees staffing, patient flow, bed management, and collaborates with physicians and staff to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, current MO RN license, 2–3 years of direct patient care, BLS certification, and prior supervisory experience; a BSN is preferred and opportunities for growth abound.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• BSN preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Function as a staff nurse when needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Promote Mercy Service Standards and staff development.
