GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm-7:30am) to lead dock activities and trailer movements. This hands-on role partners with operations, safety, and customer teams to ensure safe, timely movement of assets.

You will monitor dock conditions, coordinate docking and yard flow, and maintain compliance with safety standards and site procedures while delivering strong customer service. Prior dock or yard experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environments.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Working knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and escalation protocols.
