Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager in Kent, OH. The role covers 6:00am–6:00pm with full-time status and requires active RN/LPN licensure in Ohio.

You will oversee the Wellness team, manage direct nursing care, and ensure compliance with care standards while delivering compassionate, resident-centered service. The position emphasizes leadership on the floor, timely responses to resident needs, accurate documentation, and compliance with medication regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment (Ohio).
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor in absence of department heads and lead the Wellness team and other departments to ensure person-centered care.
• Be a Force on the Floor by assisting residents and addressing call lights with urgency.
• Diligent Documenter of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents.
• Exemplify Compassionate Caregiver values, ensuring professional and caring interactions with residents.
