Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse for Vitalia Strongsville to provide hands-on nursing care from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The position pays $32-$39 per hour and is part-time.

You will lead the Wellness team, ensure person-centered care, manage medications, and document accurately while promoting resident safety and comfort. A current LPN/RN license is required and background clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness team in the department and assist other departments to ensure quick, reliable, person-centered care.
• Be a visible on-the-floor presence to respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure residents feel safe and cared for.
