Job summary

Planet Fitness in United States, Nebraska, Kearney is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance the member experience and drive new member sales. This role reports to the Club Manager and offers options for full time or part time status, with a focus on delivering superior service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Key duties include front desk responsibilities, greeting members, handling inquiries, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
