Dash In Newark, DE is hiring a part-time Kitchen Team Member to join our back-of-house crew in a 24/7 retail environment. You’ll help prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, and support guests with a friendly, fast service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED)
• 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook)
• Customer service experience
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to prepare culinary items
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness to serve
• Keep prep stations organized and clean for efficient operations
• Assist with receiving and stocking of goods, ensuring proper storage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance to uphold Dash In standards
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized, positive experience
• Operate food service equipment (deep fryers, slicers, etc.)
• Assist with safe lifting of containers (up to 50–65 lbs) as required
