Job summary

Dash In is hiring part-time Team Members for a 24/7 retail environment at 3700 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE. The role centers on kitchen preparation, safe food handling, and guest service in a busy back-of-house setting.

Successful candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year in food service, customer service experience, and are willing to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Night premium applies for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year of food service experience
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+
• Background check and drug screening completed

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness
• Keep prep station organized and clean
• Receive deliveries and store them properly
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Assist with lifting and moving heavy containers (50–65 lb)
