Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Newark, DE to deliver friendly service, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail experience, flexibility for nights and weekends, ServSafe certification is a plus, and the willingness to complete a company-paid GED program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience
• Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Foodie Extraordinaire: Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to create delightful offerings.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays so products are accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the Team: Fill in where needed from cashiering to porter services for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
