Dash In is seeking a part-time Overnight Kitchen Team Member for our New Castle, DE location. The role starts at $16.50 per hour with a $1 premium for overnight shifts.

Join our Back of House team to prepare food and deliver a chef-inspired guest experience in a 24/7 retail setting. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience, and the ability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Join our Overnight Kitchen Team at Dash In (Part-Time) at our store in New Castle, DE! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members to become a part of our Dash In team where the adventure begins with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour. And that's not all - you can add another $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts to spice things up!

We're on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests.

Your Culinary Mission

• Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.
• Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
• Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
• Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Certifications:Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
• Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
