Job summary

Dash In in New Castle, Delaware is seeking a part-time Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House crew. You’ll assist with food prep, maintain high sanitation standards, operate kitchen equipment, and help ensure every dish is ready for guests in a fast-paced, chef-inspired setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of food service experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or willingness to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
