Dash In in New Castle, DE is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Team Member for our overnight kitchen crew. Starting wage $16.50 per hour with a $1 per hour overnight premium, and opportunities to grow within a chef-inspired concept in a 24/7 retail environment.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members to become a part of our Dash In team where the adventure begins with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour. We're on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests.

Your Culinary Mission

• Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.
• Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
• Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
• Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Certifications:Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
• Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
