Lathe Machinist (Night or Weekend Shift) at Aagard in Minnesota seeks an experienced machinist to set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, producing parts to exact tolerances. You will read CAD drawings, adjust tooling and programs, and document run data in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred plus 1 year machinist experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints; read and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment; familiarity with fabrication and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts to tolerances.
• Verify part quality by inspecting against prints and tolerances; adjust tooling as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and document run data in the ERP system.
