ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking motivated machine operators to join our night shift. You will operate a Milling CNC machine, ensuring parts meet specifications while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, green card holder, etc.).
• CNC mill machining experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree is preferred.
• 1+ year experience operating a CNC mill is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts during machining to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all job work order instructions.
• Run more than one machine where cycle time permits.
• Complete shop floor documentation for dimensions and visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and following manufacturer instructions.
• Adhere to safety, quality systems, and housekeeping standards.
