You will monitor operations, record run times in the ERP system, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime. CAD drawings knowledge and ERP familiarity are required, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of machine operator experience.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and use Aagard software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools preferred.
• Strong prioritization, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and passion for excellence; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts meeting specs and timelines.
• Monitor operations and adjust to maintain performance and throughput.
• Record part movement, run time, and material usage in ERP.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce cycle times.
• Inspect machined parts against prints and specs for quality.
• Change tooling, fixtures, and setups to maintain precision.
