Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking experienced CNC vertical mill machine operators for the weekend day shift. You will produce precision parts by operating a CNC mill, ensuring quality, and maintaining records and equipment.

Candidates should have CNC mill experience or a related Machine Tool Technology degree and be prepared to work weekends. We offer strong benefits, a sign-on bonus, and a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Machine Tool Technology degree completed or in progress highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a CNC mill machine.
• ITAR US person status requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products during machining to ensure specifications and calitations.
• Follow all job work order instructions and operate more than one machine when cycle time allows.
• Complete all required shop floor documentation for dimensions and visuals.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and reporting repairs.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
