Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts on a weekend shift in Minnesota.

You will read blueprints, GD&T, and use inspection tools to ensure tolerances of +/-0.0002, perform tooling changes, deburr and inspect parts, and document results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read English, interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Capability to work with small precision parts to close tolerances.
• Familiarity with basic inspection tools and math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC shop equipment.
• Meet cycle time and yield expectations.
• Tool changes and offset adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally; document results.
• Follow lean manufacturing principles and quality procedures.
