Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking motivated machine operators for night shift. You will operate Milling CNC machines, inspect parts, and document measurements to ensure quality that meets specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing).
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a CNC mill machine.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts during machining to ensure specifications meet standards.
• Follow all job work instructions and watch for quality.
• Operate more than one machine where cycle time allows.
• Complete shop floor documentation for the job, including part dimensions and visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment with preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Comply with safety, quality systems, and housekeeping requirements.
