Job summary

Thomsen Foodservice seeks a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead overnight warehouse operations, guiding associates and ensuring safe, accurate, and on-schedule shift execution. This role directly influences inventory integrity and service reliability across distribution activities.

You will monitor workflows, provide coaching, and maintain high standards to support a fast-paced environment and seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex problems to warehouse management.
• Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks, and participate in audits.
• Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance and operational issues to management.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
