Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations night warehouse supervisor to oversee order selection, replenishment and loading while ensuring safety and security.

You will direct night staff, manage schedules and budgets, audit shipping docs and HACCP compliance, and partner with Safety to investigate incidents.

Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift activities for order selection, replenishment, loading, and safety.
• Manage labor hours, schedules, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate repairs and maintain assets; audit shipping documents daily including HACCP and catch-weight documentation.
• Assist with sanitation and facility/racking maintenance to ensure a safe warehouse.
• Train new associates and support cross-training across shifts.
• Enforce company policies; conduct safety inspections and investigations.
